BackTest Studio: Refund Policy

DRAFT v0.2, 3 October 2026. Not legal advice; to be reviewed by a lawyer before publication. The refund periods below are proposed defaults to be confirmed by the owner.

You can try the free Basic plan with no payment before buying.

1. First purchase: 14 days, refunded for the days you did not use

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for that plan, without needing a reason. We keep the price of the days you used the plan and refund the rest: refund = price x (30 - days used) / 30, where a started day counts as a day used (at least 1). Example: a 29 USD plan cancelled after 3 days is refunded 29 x 27 / 30 = 26.10 USD. Payment-provider fees may apply to the refunded amount as far as the law allows.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If you were charged for a renewal and did not mean to continue, ask within 48 hours of the charge and we will refund it. After that, renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time so that the next renewal does not happen. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period and you keep paid features until then.

3. How to ask

E-mail destek@backteststudio.dev from your account address with your order receipt. We process approved refunds through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy; the money returns to the original payment method. Banks may take several days.

4. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer law (for example a statutory right of withdrawal in the EU or Türkiye, which in many cases lasts 14 days). Where the law gives you a longer or stronger right, that right applies.

5. Not refundable

Refunds can be refused for clear abuse (for example repeated refund requests after using a plan, or a request after a breach of the Terms that led to termination), where the law allows.

6. When access ends

After a refund the paid plan ends and the Software returns to the free Basic plan. Your local data is not deleted.
